Apolodor Ltd. recognises that its operatives are fundamental to its success. Therefore there is the need to be able to attract and retain operative/workers of the highest ability and hence, a professional approach to recruitment is essential to do this.
This policy covers all activities that form part of the recruitment and selection process. It is applicable to all operatives.
In order for the policy to be effective it is important that any operative who is engaged in any facet of the recruitment and/or selection of workers is informed of this document and follows it.

Apolodor Ltd. will seek to recruit the best candidate for the job based on merit.

If an operative/worker involved in the recruitment process has a close personal or familial relationship with an applicant, they must declare this as soon as they are aware of the individual’s application and avoid any involvement in the recruitment and selection decision-making process.
